Use this for two actions happening at the same time. The main action comes at the end.

Examples
おんがくをききながらあるきます。
音楽を聞きながら歩きます。
I walk while listening to music.

手順を見ながら作業します。
I work while looking at the procedure.
workplaceりようしゃさんとはなしながらいどうをてつだいます。
利用者さんと話しながら移動を手伝います。
I help the resident move while talking with them.
