After checking the parts, I reported it.
workplaceりようしゃさんがころんだので、すぐれんらくしました。
利用者さんが転んだので、すぐ連絡しました。
Because the resident fell, I contacted someone immediately.
sswCommon Mistakes
- ✗ Do not mix た-form and ます in one verb: 行ったます is wrong.
- ✗ Plain past can sound casual; add です/ました when needed.
